Reservation Policy

In order to book a room, it is necessary to pay % 30 of the total cost of the room as a good faith deposit. If there is not another group asking for the same reservation, the payment must be done 60 days before your check-in in the lodge.

If there is another group, at the same time, asking for the same date, it must be necessary to make the good faith deposit as soon as you contact us so as not to lose the reservation.The rest of the payment must be paid 15 days before your check-in in the lodge. In all the cases our services are previously paid.

Payments by credit or debit card are not accepted in our Lodge. .

Cancellation policy

In case you want to cancel your reservation, you must take the following terms into account:

• Cancellations between 45 and 30 days before the check- in, they do not take any charge. You will receive your deposit back.

• Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the check-in, “Altas Cumbres” Lodge will keep the 30% of the deposit.

• Cancellations between15 and 7 before the check-in, “Altas Cumbres” Lodge will keep the 50 % of the deposit.

• Cancellations within the 7 days before the check-in, “Altas Cumbres” Lodge will keep the whole deposit.
